Note: at the Simple Scatterplot window move Y variable to the Y Axis box and X variable to the X Axis box. Optionally, open the Titles window and fill the boxes under Title, Subtitle, and Footnote to make your output meaningful and easy to understand.

Note: At the Regression window, move Y or DV to the Dependent Variable and the X or IV to the Independent Variable box. Then click on Okay.
